Heidi E. Eklund, MD graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a Bronze Tablet Scholar.
After receiving her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, Dr. Eklund completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed a fellowship in Women’s Imaging at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.
Dr. Eklund is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and American Board of Radiology.She is a member of the American Association for Women Radiologists, American Roentgen Ray Society and Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Eklund joined Naperville Radiologists, SC in 2000. She specializes in Women’s Imaging, Mammography, and Ultrasound.
