Dr. Syam Vasireddy graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, followed by a Masters in Computer Science. Dr. Vasireddy then went on to receive his medical degree from University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Southern Illinois University. After residency, he completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Chicago.
Prior to joining Naperville Radiolgists in 2015, Dr. Vasireddy worked with Clinical Radiologists, S.C. where he also was a Clinical Assistant Professor for Southern Illinois University and was director of the 2nd year medical school Radiology curriculum. He has numerous publications and has received research awards from the Illinois Radiological Society and a prior grant from the Radiological Society of North America.
Dr. Vasireddy is a Board Certified Radiologist from the American Board of Radiology with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He is currently a member of the American College of Radiology, American Roetngen Ray Society, Illinois Radiological Society, Radiological Society of North America, and Society of Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Vasireddy’s interests include Interventional Oncology, Biliary interventions, as well as Dialysis work.
